Avita Assisted Living & Memory Care at Rolling Hills was built in 2014 and is 78,000 square feet in total. We have a 32-bed dedicated Alzheimer’s and Dementia memory care unit with a separate dining area and nurses station. In addition to the unique memory care unit, our main assisted living building has two-stories with 56 apartments. All 88 units on the campus have full bathrooms.
